All Miranda ever desired was a day off from her hectic schedule. Often, she would dream about laying down peacefully, in a field of lilies, the cool breeze slowly hitting her face, her cherry red hair swaying along. Her hair was complemented so very regularly. Her face was shaped like a diamond, her eyes were olive green, the outer portion tinted brown, and her black pupils shone ever so brightly, like little diamonds in her eyes. Oh, how she wished her boss would just announce a break for a whole damn month. She was extremely tired of working on the same project for what felt like forever. All she needed was a break, an excuse. She did not want to quit, but a vacation now would feel amazing.
Not long after, she woke up in a very huge field of lilies. The sun shone ever so brightly, the clouds looked like fluffy cotton candy, and the sky was a nice bright blue, as pleasant as the cold wind on a hot summer day. She lay on a picnic mat, slightly stained because of the orange juice she held. It was ruffled from the edges, making it one of the prettiest things Miranda owned. Her waffles tasted like pure heaven, along with the beautiful scenery she sat amongst. The lilies swung swiftly, dismissing their aroma everywhere. This scent seemed to encourage Miranda in a way no person would be able to. It was blissful and seemed like pure magic. This place brought back nostalgia from the days she was younger. She would run around these fields, with her dear father chasing her, while giggling all along. She’d also try to outrun him, but he was very fast. She missed him, he was miles away now, oh how bad she wanted to be ten again. But she couldn’t, that’s something we all should learn, enjoy the present, cause you never know what the future brings.
Wow that’s great writing.Look to see more. All the very best and keep going….
