In a small town of Brazil, there lived a beautiful girl named June. She was about thirteen and a half and she had a lovely melodious voice. She sang like an angel and spoke like an excellent ted talk speaker. She only had one dream to become a world-famous singer.
She had this one precious thing in her room which no one may have ever heard of, ‘A Box of Dreams’. This was one wonderful box, teel in color with pink fabric cut out and pastel rainbows all around. This box was June’s first priority. This box consisted of June’s dreams from the smallest to the biggest. June never allowed anyone to touch this magnificent box of hers. She wrote poems, speeches, and stories. What an outstanding box.
One bright sunny morning, June’s favorite cousin, Skylar was visiting her today. Skylar’s smile spread from one cheek to another, which made everyone around her smile.
‘Ting-Tong’, went the doorbell and June ran down the stairs, with her two long blonde french braids following her. She opened the door and spread it up, she could not believe her own eyes when she saw Skylar. She hugged her almost taking her life away! How powerful was she!
June & Skylar ran into June’s room, while Skylar’s mother, Aunt Maria had a long talk with June’s mom.
Meanwhile, upstairs June and Skylar were having an intense twister match. Skylar’s eye fell on this precious box, ‘the Box of Dreams’. How had her absolute fave cousin not told her about this? Pleaded Skylar. June hesitated for she could not hurt Skylar’s feelings, so she went on ‘Sorry, but um that box is um kind of personal’ said June.
Skylar felt bad, but instantly realized that she shouldn’t feel so bad for some stupid box!
