It’s just another day

It’s just another day

It was another day of boring Quarantine. I woke up with a great sigh. I looked at the clock and jumped up. It was already 11 o’clock in the morning. I then rushed to the restroom and I was already to make my teeth shine like diamond.

Once I finished cleaning my teeth, I raced to the dining area as I was very hungry and I urgently needed Breakfast. My mum served a beautiful tray along with a long glass of milk and some fun hut shaped paratha. I gobbled up everything very quickly and I went to take a shower. 1 hour passed by and I was out of the relaxing rest room.

I then rushed to my room and picked out my favourite book. I sat on my huge, furry, pink bean bag and started reading. I finished the book head to toe. The time flew by and it was time for lunch. I was not at all hungry, but I had to eat lunch. I felt like my stomach would explode or I would grow extremely fat. Then, I went inside my room and took out my acrylic paints.

I also pulled out some storage bins to paint on. The first one was miraculously amazing as I always tend to make mistakes. It was royal blue on the corners along with baby pink in the centre. The next one was extremely cute. I drew bright pink clouds on the light blue surface. The third one was quite creepy. It had green drips and a dull Orange background. The last one, the fourth one who is not that great. It had a red backdrop along with two purple hearts. I had finally finished painting and I was ready to watch some television.

I sprang on the sofa and got out after 2 hours. It was almost 6 o’clock by the time, so it was time for a family game. My mum and dad really wanted to play carrom so we did. I was struggling to even push the striker towards the coin, but my parents had got about 10 each. Then, there was a twist in the game I got the queen, though it was a fluke. I started jumping with joy but in the end, I lost. But what a fun day it was.
